The storage battery of solar pv power system installation methods

In the process of installing solar pv power system, the storage battery is the battery components have been installed after another important work. Due to the battery lifespan is very susceptible to the environment,  specially high temperature and humid environment will greatly shorten the service life of battery. Therefore, battery should be installed in a well ventilated, moistureproof and dry environment as far as possible. In addition, taking into account the efficiency and security of the system, when install a small power system, the solar storage battery should be located as close as possible to the solar battery board and a controller; while in large power system, solar storage batteries have been better divide with the controller, inverter and AC power distribution cabinet to open placed.

Before placing, between solar generator battery and ground should be taken insulation measures, in order to avoid the battery and ground short circuit and discharge. It is very easy to solve these problems , generally can choose dry wood or other insulating object . If there are more batteries, should consider to choose battery special bracket and then stents grounding which is more reliable.

After installation, need to measure the total and single voltage of the battery , a single battery’s voltage must be equal. It should be noted that when wiring need to distinguish clearly positive and negative pole, should not be reversed. In order to ensure the quality of wiring, batteries must be in close contact between the electrode and wiring note ,and in electrode note and the connecting point coated with a layer of vaseline oil film, to prevent poor contact caused by corrosion and rust after too long time. Besides, due to the battery is a flammable object, should be paid special attention to fire prevention measures.
