Bright Motion Sensitive Solar Powered Light - Works Great!

 motion sensitive solar powered light

This is a nice concept. I am super impressed with this motion sensitive solar powered light! Why do I say that ?

Access to my home is via a dark, unlit side street, which makes me super nervous. If I drop my house keys after getting out of my car I have a hard time finding them, too. That side of the building has no electricity available so I can put Solar Powered Motion Sensor LED light  in places where I don't have electricity running. The sensor is very sensitive and registers me backing into my parking space; It also provides me with a little more security and locations that are dark where people might come in to my backyard. For example, I put one next to my gate and so it lights up rbght when somebody tries to walk through. It also is nice to have their for myself so I can see where the gate handle is without having to have a flashlight.

Solar Powered Motion Sensor LED light

I like that it has a dim light that is always on and then it turns bright when it senses motion. So's my surveillance cameras can see better in that location. Another thing that's nice is it's pretty much set and you're done. You hook it up it automatically does everything charges during the day and then automatically comes on at night. Overall a great addition to my security for my backyard.

I'm extremely happy with this little
motion sensitive solar powered light unit. And would have no problem recommending it to other people looking to solve a lighting issue without hiring an electrician. Or you can visit the VICKMALL Store http://www.amztk.com/ledsolarlight/

Excellent Solar Security Light

“solar

These solar motion sensor lights are exactly what we needed! Sturdily built; priced right; super bright light for the small size. I have Bought 4 - Love the ability to turn them on and off with the little pin included - we put one on our deck, but didn't want it coming on, etc if we're sitting outside enjoying a summer evening. We put two others above each of the windows on the garage end of the house to help discourage vandals. The last one is going on the front porch for those random times when someone might stop by without us knowing ahead of time, as we never just leave our front porch light turned on. At least they won't be standing in total darkness waiting for us to answer the door!

But If you have never used or installed a solar security light, there are a few things you need to know. First, location is everything. Unless you have it in a position where it gets maximum, direct sunlight you will not get the same performance that is promised in the specs. You will want the photocell array to be facing south, with no obstructions (including eaves, trees in the line of sight, etc.) Even in sub optimum locations, though, or during the shorter winter days, you should get a good five to six hours of this on low brightness after dark, and as long as it is not placed in a high traffic area where there is a lot of foot traffic, pets, etc., it will probably always switch to bright when the proximity detector is triggered.

Saving Power - Solar Motion Sensor Light

I like this solar motion sensor light. Which is simple to install and it does just what it is supposed to do. The only thing that you have to do is insert a pin-like device into a hole to activate it. When you do that the bright light comes on and lets you know that your activation was successful. You can then screw it into a wall, tree or pole. Also simply apply double-sided tape to the back and it will adhere to multiple types of surfaces.

This outdoor solar motion sensor light really helps me a lot ,Why do i say that ? Because whenever we go out in the night and come back home, the motion sensor detects us easily and lights up the room , It needs approximately 7 hours in the sun to be fully charged. After that it glows at night. which we earlier need to switch on under dark or keep the light on all the time and thus saving the power. When it detects motion the bright light comes on for thirty seconds. Simple, easy and effective.
The solar motion sensor light is really nice and saving the power for longer run. During day time it automatically turns off and in the dark it automatically turns on.So far I dont see any issues in charging the battery with available day light.

I think it is worth trying to save some electricity bill. More information , please visit http://www.amztk.com/ledsolarlight/

VICKMALL 20 LED Solar Light For Outdoor

solar light LED

This is a very high quality 20 solar light led unit which I purshaed from http://www.amztk.com/ledsolarlight/ .
You should not be fooled by the fact that this light runs on solar cells. It is in fact very powerful indeed, and holds it's own against many mains powered units. It is solidly manufactured, and completely waterproof . I have it installed in the back alley, where it would be tricky to run 240 Volts mains supply . A super product, which shows just how far LED technology has come. It is very easy to install and gives me a sense of security in my property.

These solar light LED units are very smart convenient on off button. At night they will come on bright and then go to a dimmed setting upon movement they come on full power. As they are LED the light is bright and does a good job. LEDs also means they last quite a few hours through the night. I use them to light up my driveway and having 4 in a row means my drive way is well lit.

Light it Up - Solar Led Path Light

This solar led path light unit has 20 led bulbs. It is solar powered and has a very sensitive motion detector. I like the feature that it offers a off - on switch. I have had this on my deck for a week under somewhat cloudy conditions and it always seems to have a full charge every night. These type of bulbs are so much brighter than even the one from just a few years back. This item has a tremendous life span and with no batteries to replace is also very economical. You can't go wrong with this light.

solar led path light

We have a separate shed and garage back there and it is difficult to get back to it with just our back porch light. So this
solar led path light has been very useful so far. It isn't the brightest one i've seen, however, it is more than adequate for lighting your path. I love that it remains on a low light output all night, then just kicks on major brightness when it picks up motion. I have had no issues with it not picking up enough sun to power it up, but it is in a very open area. Just a recap and pros and cons list..

Pros
- Bright enough to light your pathway
-No wires or difficult installation required

Cons
-Not as bright as some of the heavier duty lights
-Bottom line.. I would recommend this to anyone needing to safely light a pathway or small area at night.

I was kindly offered to purchase this product from http://www.amztk.com/ledsolarlight/.

I do have a short time frame to review these item which means that I cannot provide details of the long term benefits of a product but will always try to give as much information in terms of my initial experience or impression of the product. The thoughts and opinions in this review are my own unless otherwise stated.

Fantastic, the lights are so bright I have stopped using my mains powered one, the lights look well made and easy to hang on the wall.it also comes with the screws to hang on the wall, I like the idea of the different modes ,ie, on dim and bright or on bright, this will save a fortune on electricity. the light takes up little room on the wall outside, great product would definitely recommend to friends, I got this a at reduced price but in no way affects my opinion.

Good Quality Clever 'Safety' Light and Great Value - LED Solar Motion Security Light

A great little product-LED solar motion security light  which is well designed, robust, makes maximum use of its compact size and at under $ 13 I believe that's excellent value for money.

led solar motion light

This is essentially a safety (possibly security) light which is activated by a PIR (passive infra-red) sensor and contains some form of battery/capacitor to store electricity and a solar cell to recharge itself. The unit is rated "IP 65" - Ingress Protection "6" for dust (6 is the the maximum score denominating "dust tight") and "5" for water (protected against water jets but not immersion) - which I believe is spot on for outdoors in the UK, mounted 2-3 metres high on a wall or post. The unit is completely sealed though has 4 screws on the back so could be opened however there may be tamper-sensitive measures such as a sticker on the inside that rips when you open so you may invalidate your warranty by poking around; I have not opened my device. The ABS case is very robust, not cheap thin plastic, with the solar panel on the top at 45 degress and the bank of 20 LEDs on the bottom, also at 45 degrees. (I mounted mine on a fence pots overlooking my driveway - see pic.) There is also a rubber-feel on/off push button. Having the on/off button on the front is the only weak link in terms of using this as a security light for obvious reasons but then this is not sold as a security device per se so that's not a complaint, just an observation.

The device comes wrapped in bubblewrap in a strong but simple brown box with a small instruction booklet and a pack of 2 screws with wall plugs - see pic. The 'CE' mark confirmes compliance with EU safety regulations (always nice to see) and the box states the device has a one year warranty. You can also visit
http://www.amztk.com/ledsolarlight/

Installation is a doddle with no mains to connect to and only 2 screws. The  LED Solar Motion Security Light is not heavy (~250g) so providing your mounting method and medium are solid you should have no problems. I screwed into a wooden fence post and it's rock solid. Remember to mount the device facing South and with a clean line of sight to the sun for most of the day.

The test: Well, timing could not have better really as we've just had 2 days/nights of intermittent heavy rain - those big heavy raindrops that manage to soak you inthe few seconds it takes to run to the car! I went outside in the evening during a pause in the rain to test the device works as described and take a photo. It does indeed do what it says, automatically lighting up an area of my drive when I walked into the sensor's range. I took a pic (see below) but my phone struggled in the relatively dim light. The 20 LEDs together are very bright even from 4 metres away (mounted 2 metres high) but the 'pool' of light hitting the ground does disperse over distance - this is not a 'spot' light, the beam is wide. This morning, with a day off work, I have used cardboard and tape to cover the solar panel (the device automatically senses the ambient light and does not activate the LEDs if there is plenty of ambient light already) in order to do the distance/angle testing. My calculations are that 'face on' the PIR activates the light at (minium) 65 degrees i.e. the device is mounted 2 metres high and I am 4 meters away. From the side that drops to around 30 degrees i.e. about 1 metre away from the device.

The verdict: I'm very happy. I often go to work when it's dark, particularly in Winter of course when many of us do, but I really did not want to run a power cable across the garden to the drive so this led solar motion light device is just the ticket. At under 11 quid I think the value is very good and am considering buying a second to mount above the door on the garden shed.

Small But Mighty Great Solar Security Lights For Outdoor

Good value light that doesn't need full sunlight to power the bright LED's.It also has an on/off switch on the front of the device rather than the back like many solar security lights. Some may prefer the switch on the back as it does make it more difficult for anyone who's intruding on your property to switch it off and move around unnoticed. However, as I have many of these lights around my property and out buildings I wanted one in my courtyard that I could switch off easily when I want to sit by the light of the fire pit or candles.

These are great to have dotted about to light up drive ways and dark areas of your property especially in areas where it may be difficult to gain access to electricity. It has so far resisted all weather conditions and I have it placed in a very exposed area. It seems well made and robust and the charge lasts all night on sensor mode.

Packaging

Comes in a standard cardboard box with VICKMALL branding, the light itself is in a plastic wrap inside the box, so not much to write about the packaging per se – standard stuff that you would associate with a product like this, I’d say.

Fixing

Its quite easy to fix – takes a couple of screws (which of-course come with the box itself). I put mine in the balcony of our flat, took me a grand total of 5 minutes to sort it out.

Build Quality

The build quality is quite sturdy and gives the feel of a good product.

Modes

It has a number of modes, which can be adjusted from the back of the light – so take a look at the instruction pamphlet provided to decide which one you want to put it in before fixing it – as otherwise you would need to unscrew it and then change it and put it back again – which could be a bit of a hassle. There is motion sensor, light sensor so that it doesn’t switch on when not needed and the light output varies based on the darkness outside.

Ergonomics

The triangular shape makes a lot of sense with the solar panel on the top and sensor on the bottom. The motion detector is super responsive which means the moment I step outside in the balcony during the evenings it lights up.

Overall verdict

It’s a good product, the only minor complaint I have is for the London weather, where sun is an absolute luxury – the charge diminishes quite quickly and then when it does turn on during the dark times it tends to not be super bright sometimes.I purchased that solar security light from VICKMALL

http://www.amztk.com/ledsolarlight/

I like the white light of the LED's of this light as most of the solar lights that I have of these type are the warm yellow light but again that's down to personal preference and whether you want a daylight type of light or a cosier glow of the yellow.
